Limited are engaged in manufacturing of veterinary finish formulations as well as poultry pre mix vitamins & feed supplements like poultry feed supplements, cattle feed supplements, dry feed supplements, goat feed supplements, etc., that are available in bolus, powder, sachet and liquid form. The range is produced under hygienic condition in WHO GMP certified units. Further the medicines also feature long shelf life, quick response, hygienic and palatability and are hence widely accepted in the global markets.

Manufacturing Facilities We have state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that assist us in synthesizing of diverse range of veterinary formulations. All the processes are held at WHO GMP certified plants having separate manufacturing departments for tablet, powder and oral liquid veterinary formulations.
Sprawled over an area 2040 Sq. meter , our production unit can synthesize formulations with following capacity per month:
• Tablet / bolus: 80 lacs
• Powder: 15 tons
• Liquid: 25000 ltrs
Our production unit is located at Karad, District: Satara (Maharashtra) which has advantage of easy accessibility to the market area for purchase of raw material and sale of finished goods. The place also has sound infrastructure & readily available banking facilities.
All our machines have low maintenance cost
All our machines such as grinders, mixers and others have low maintenance costs and hence can be used for continuous flawless production. The formulation processes are carried out under the supervision of well experienced qualified persons adhering strict norms as per guidelines laid down by CGMP. |
Packaging Facility In addition to producing the range in conformity to industry standard, we also give utmost care to packaging of the medicines with quality material assuring their stability, integrity and safety. Packaging material being used include:

These medical grade non-toxic packing material have distinct properties including ability to bar oxygen and moisture. With complete process proficiency, our personnel develop classy and modern look to our packs. Printing is done on the packing material with technically advanced printing presses. For making improvement in packing, we keep reviewing the packing and labeling of our products for enhancing their clarity and looks. |

Under this, the synthesis of the ordered veterinary formulation is done and kept under secret agreements. Possessing all the required facility and proficient team, we make sure of producing the ordered range in bulk quantity as per the client requirements.
As per the contract, we proceed towards formulating the medicines within the pre-decided time frame. Packaging of the finished range is also done in accordance to their specifications. |
